Page 1 of N problem converting Word doc

When trying to convert a Word document with field codes in the footer of "Page [PAGE] of [NUMPAGES]", the PDF results in "Page 1 of 1", "Page 2 of 2", ..., "Page n of n". Is there something I can do to get the correct page numbering, or actually the correct value for NUMPAGES?

I'm using Word 2000 SR1 / SP3. Update Fields is checked in the Print Options.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I have Word 2000 and I am able to convert a Word document containg in the header "Page [page] of [Numpages] " to pdf where in the pdf file Numpages is computed properly.

I am using version 2.10 of the PDF Converter. If you are using an older version please consider upgrading to version 2.09 or 2.10d.
