White pages in a Windows NT system
Hi team,
I'm a new user of PDF Creator Driver.
My application makes white pages in a Windows NT 4 system.
In a Windows 2000 System, the same application makes good PDF documents.
Any ideas about this problem ?
Thank's in advance.
Hi,
Are you using the PDF Converter or the PDF Creator here.
We will need more details to be able to help you.
If you are using the PDF Converter, please try with our new version 2.09 or 2.10 (you can get an update to 2.09 from our site if you are within your maintenance time or you can download a demo of our latest version 2.10 to check if it will give you better results).
Thanks.

How can I be sure ?
In my application, the cdintf.dll file is used (version 2.06).
What is the address of your site, to load the new version ?
Thank's in advance Joan.

Hello Michel,
You are using the PDF Converter. This is a printer that enables you to geneated pdf files, while the PDF Creator is a PDF Viewer, it enables you to view and edit the pdf files.
To use version 2.1 of the driver please do the following:
1 - Install the printer on the system using Install.exe
2 - Activate the printer from the "Amyuni Tech" tab in the printer Properties dialog box. To activate the printer you need to use the License To and Activation Code you get when downloading the demo.
3 - In your code you need to call EnablePrinter() right after PDFDriverInit()and right before each print out.
Hope this helps. If you are facing any specific problems please contact us at support@amyuni.com and send us the code you are using so we can check this.
I will move this thread to the PDF Converter forum.
