Error Code -41 when running on a Win 7 64bit machine

Hello

We have been happily running a number of inhouse MS Access applications which integrate PDFComverter 4.5 on a Windows 7 32bit platform..

I am evaluating the issues involved in moving to a Windows 7 64bit platform. When I run the same code base on a Win 7 64bit machne I am getting an Error -41. We are running a 32bit version of MS Access.

Has anyone got any ideas on what this might be? I know there are some wierdness' with the WIn7-64 registery wghen running 32 applications on the 64 bit platform.

The Installation Log does not indicate anything out of the ordinary

Hello Nathan,

I suppose you installed PDF Converter using admin account. But did you use licensing information during installation?

Probably used wrong activation key when you installed PDF Converter or ran your application first time.
