System hangs when printing to the PDF printer

We have been using the PDF converter for years with great success. We have one customer that was suddenly unable to create PDFs. When she tries, the system hangs on the Print command. Here are the steps that execute successfully just prior to the Print command...'

The spooler for the PDF printer has a file, but its size is NULL. The file does dot exist. We have un-installed and re-installed the driver several times.
Any idea what might be causing the Print command to fail?

Hi Mike,

Two things to check:

1. ensure on a 64-bit PC that the PDF printer is assigned to the NUL: port
2. change to "Print directly to the printer" under Printer properties | Advanced tab.
