Can we prevent shortcuts installed to the Program Files via the install.ini, or do we have to remove them after the install?
When we use your installer, it installs shortcuts/menu items to the Program Files for the Amyuni Suite (converter and creator) and some documents. These shortcuts do not seem to execute properly on our clients' machines and we do not want them there anyway (even if they did work), since we are using the Converter through your developer APIs. Is there a way through the install.ini, where we could keep those entries from being created or do we need to just remove them from the Program Files menu after your install? I would prefer a setting in the install.ini or some way to prevent it in the first place, or perhaps you have a better suggestion?
Thanks for any info you can provide on this.

Shortcuts installed to Program Files - can we prevent this?
Re: Shortcuts installed to Program Files - can we prevent this?
I agree.. We have to check at startup of program for amyuni menu items and delete them (so asking to logon as admin at first start). Customers call for support on your program as it was installed together with our software...
If it is oem no menu items.. and maybe a MSM package can help us..
TIA
