Failed To initialize printer.

We are seeing more customers who are unable to install our rebranded amyuni printer. It gives the error failed to initialize printer.

And then there is no pdf printer in the control panel and no registry entries.

We are running the installer as an admin.

I downloaded Microsoft's sys internals Process Monitor and watched the printer install and can include the log if needed but it didn't have any major failures.

Any ideas as to why it would fail?

Hello,

Can you please post additional information?

- what version of the PDF Converter are you trying to install?

- what version of windows are you installing on?

- Is the PDF Converter generating any error or warning message during the installation process?
