Error - 20 with WIN2003 Server 64Bit and Citrix with 4.0.0.7

We are using version 4.0.0.7 and our customers are operating our software on a full variety of Windows software successfully. We have one client who is running Citrx Xenapp on Windows 2003 64 Bit server. When they print they are getting the "printer not activated, error code -20". The code is sound since everyone else is using it. Has anyone had success with Windows 2003 64 Bit or Citrix?

I have the same environment with exactly the same issue. This looks like 32bitvs64bit OS and application issue. It happens more in a in with Citrix that with TS. Has anybody else had the same problem?
