Hi,
I've encountered a problem when trying to install on Windows Server 2008.

Copying acfpdfamd64ui.dll file
Error Code: 2
The system cannot find the file specified.

I've checked the list of distributable files in the and I can't find "acfpdfamd64ui.dll". However, "acfpdfuiamd64.dll" exists.
I am using Version 3. Did a text search on the Developer Manual V3. "acfpdfamd64ui.dll" can't even be found. Do I need an updated version for Windows Server 2008?

Hello,
The file that should be used under 64-bits operating systems is acfpdfuiamd64.dll. I installed our latest version on Windows 64-bits last week without any problems.
We will check our installer. Please tell me which version exactly you are installing and where did you download it from.

We are currently using PDF Converter Developer Pro version 3.0
We purchased/download the .exe through Component Source.
Is error code: -40 related to this missing file issue?

For the installer we will check it and fix it in the next build if there is a bug.
Please note that version 3.0 is old a little bit, our latest version is 3.03e and our new version 4.0 is expected to be released soon.
Concerning error code -40 it is generated when installing the PDF Converter on an invalid or unsupported platform.

For error code -40 you need to make sure that your license is for all Windows. You can send your activation code to support@amyuni.com to validate it.
For error code 2, our developers check it, the statement dispaly is wrong and it was adjusted. The installer however is trying to copy the right file. Please make sure to run the Installer from a folder containing all the files of the PDF Converter.
