MS Outlook 2007

Hi,

We are using Amyuni pdf converter version-3.01a. We are unable to print to Amyuni from Outlook 2007. We get the following error-"There is a problem with the selected printer.You might need to reinstall this printer. Try again, or use a different printer." We get this error on both Vista Business and XP.

Hello Charu,

Please right click on the Amyuni PDF Printer, select 'Printer Preferences' and let me know what you get.

Do you see the following tabs: "security", "destination", "advanced", "watermark",....

I am trying to check if you have the Developer or End User version of the PDF Converter.

I have developer version of PDF Convertor. It is part of our application. We install the converter using install.exe

If you have the developer version of the PDF Converter installed with your application, it is normal that you will not be able to print to it from Outlook or any other Windows application.

The developer version can be used only from inside your application. If you need to generate PDF files from other applications you need to license an End User version of the driver. For more more information please check www.amyuni.com/developer
