Printer Scalling

Post by rlgon »

Hi,

I am currently using Amyuni PDF Converter 3 to convert my Word documents to PDF using VB6.
One random document we converted did not have the correct format when in PDF format.
The original Word document consists of 3 pages and uses A4 paper as the default paper. But when it was converted to PDF, all 3 pages were squeezed on to 1 page and the print was sort sacled more than 100%.

Currently the code we use does not manipulate any of the Printer settings we just straight out convert the Word document.

Does this have to do with printer settings of my machine or this is just a random issue with Amyuni.

Thanks!

Hello,

Using Amyuni PDF Converter version 3.03 and above you can set the printer scaling. However if you are not doing this than you need to check the printer settings of this Word document specifically.

Hope this helps

Hi Joan,

thanks for the quick reply.

So if i do not set any printer settings from my code, Amyuni will take the printer settings that is current set for the Word document I am currently converting. Is this correct?
