2 programs using Amyuni

Hey we are having a problem because one of our clients Is using Amyuni also.

Here is basically what happens. Our software calls our clients software. They use amyuni to create a PDF file. When finished we then use amyuni to create a PDF file then we merge the 2 PDFs together.

We are currently on 3.01 and they are on 3.00.

We are getting the "Test is expired message" when running. The information I got was that its not consistent what program generates the test error, sometimes us and sometimes them. I know we are not using the test license and I'd assume the other company isn't using it either because if we shut ourself down and run them alone it seems to works ok.

Any Ideas?

Hello

This seems like a problem with a demo license and activation code being stuck in memory. To resolve the issue you will need to un-install both printers and re-boot the system to clear the license from memory.

Then re-install each printer, passing it the correct license and activation code during installation.
