Hello Luke,
I can't tell if you are supposed to have the RTF option unless i check your licensee name and actiation code as well as your invoice. From what you explained, you don't seem to have the RTF options, but to be sure of which version you exactly have and whether you activation code supports RTF you need to send an email to sales@amyuni.com providing them your company name and asking them if you have the RTF Export option in your product, if not you can check how to upgrade your product to inclued RTF Export.
Concerning the activation code, if you use an evaluation activation code (and licensee name), all what you need to know is replace them by the release ones. There is no need to reinstall the printer.
Hope this helps.
[Solved] How to tell if PDF2RTF is available?

Re: How to tell if PDF2RTF is available?
Regarding the option in the license code, it is not there, as the David from the support team wrote us:
However the key points here probably are:
a) shouldn't the "PDF Converter PRO Developer Multi-Platform" license include all the export options?
b) if the answer to a) is "yes", why our code doesn't have it?
c) if the answer to a) is "no", why in the updates page I cannot see something to include the desired options in our existing license? I only see "buy maintenance plan" and "download latest version" as available choices... and cannot remember a different item inside it (besides obviously the "buy/upgrade version xx" one) when we upgraded it..
I'm a bit confused
Have a nice day,
Luke
Regarding the evaluation/release code, as I wrote here, I seem to have a different behaviour when I install the printer with the evaluation code (which has the RTF option) or our release code (which does note have such option), while calling the EnablePrinter with the Evaluation License Code: it works only if I installed the printer with the Evaluation code..Hello
Your current license does not cover the ExportToRTF option. If you would like to have this option, you can contact our sales department sales@amyuni.com regarding upgrading your license to include this option.

Re: How to tell if PDF2RTF is available?
Hello,
I suggest that you contact sales@amyuni.com to check which version you exactly have and if Export To RTF is available for your version or not our Sales Team will gladly help you. If not you can check with our Sales Reps what are the options you have.
The Export features were not availble in the PDF Converter product some time ago, these were in a different product called Document Converter. Recently we made some changes to our products combination.
Hope this helps.

Thank you Luke,
It is nice to know that one was right
Just a general note for users who might be checking this post for similar question: Exporting the PDF file to other formats such as RTF, HTML, Excel, Jpeg, Tiff, and XPS is available in the PDF Creator and PDF Suite.
Have a very successful 2009
