Hello,

The evaluation version of version 3.0 of the PDF Converter verifies if the 30day evaluation period has ended before each print job starts. Although this verification process is very quick, it does however take time (less than one second).

I suggest that you add a one second Sleep() right after the EnablePrinter to allow the verification process to finish. I believe this will resolve your issue.

Hope this helps?

No, but we have recently ordered the final version and I strongly hope that now everything works fine.

Re: Case 2

Post by Theta »

Joan,
Has there been a follow up from case 2, is there a way around this?

2 - If PDF files are post processed: i.e if you try to open a pdf file and encrypt it or linearize it by example.

Case 1 is normal, case 2 may not be normal, i am checking it with our developers.[quote]
