Activation Error -20

We're using the PDF converter thru a Citrix server "setup" and are getting the message box error: Activation Error : Printer not activated, error code -20

We are using the Developer version and have installed the Printer Driver on all 3 servers (for load balancing purposes) that our application can be started from. We installed it this way since we can NOT give the end users administrative rights on these servers.

Any ideas?

Hello,

Do you have a per user settings activation code or a normal activation code.

I believe you need a "per user serttings" activation code, please check with our technical support team about this: support@amyuni.com
