One of our customers has reported strange behaviour when using PDF Converter and WordPerfect 12. I've verified her report through a desktop sharing session.
Here's the scenario:
1) Open any document in WordPerfect
2) Open a document in another application (Notepad for example)
3) Print to Amyuni PDF Converter from the other application
4) Attempt to return to WordPerfect only to find that it's non-responsive and has to be killed through the Task Manager
The WordPerfect 12 install is fully updated. The user appeared to have a re-branded version of the Amyuni PDF print driver so we unrergistered cdintf.dll before installing our version. I can't imagine why WordPerfect would be freezing, and am unable to re-create the error on my machine with a trial WordPerfect 12 install. Any ideas what might be going on?
