Wouldn't one expect to find that increasing the resolution of the PDF would increase its size? I generated one report at 75dpi and another at 1200dpi and the latter is actually smaller. The report does have an image.
What could I be doing wrong?

If your document contains an image and you higher the resolution when converting it to pdf, than the pdf file size will increase.
To check your specific document please send the following information to our support@amyuni.com:
- A sample document that you can use to reproduce this issue
- the version number of the PDF Converter you are using
- a description on how you are generating the pdf file
So this can be checked in more details.
