The user can input an amount of copy's in his application. Is there any way to get this value in the API? Ore is there a way the converter makes the copy by him self.

Are you using the PDF Converter API or the PDF Creator one?
If you are using the PDF Converter than specifying the number of copies will store this number in the PDF file but it will not have any effect in the PDF output because one PDF file will be generated.
If you are using the PDF Creator to print PDF files to a physical printer than specifying the number of copies is possible in the print command and this leads to generating multiple physical copies of the file.
