Chinese language support

I need to convert Chinese language documents created in Word using Chinese Star program into PDF documents. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I found there is some problem on PDF Converter working in Chinese Windows, every time it will crash if the document contains Chinese characters. In the last year, I reported this problem to Amyuni, initially, they have some advice but the problem still persists, after that, they haven't reply any email to me and seems they are not capable to solve this problem.
