When installing the printer on Windows 2003 server we receive the following error:
“Error Code:1930 Your printer driver is not compatible with a policy enable on your computerâ€
The security policy that is preventing the installation of version 2.07 is "Enable installation of Kernel mode printer drivers" in the local security policy. This needs to be set to ON to install version 2.07 under XP Server or Windows Server 2003. An alternative is to upgrade to later versions, which have an additional user-mode printer driver that overcomes this issue.
