a Site License product with less end user interaction?
You first unpack pdfsite.exe for example, in a directory on a shared server, and then you can launch install.exe from all your workstations without entering the serial number each time.
To run install in a batch, you can:
- add -s (silent mode) to the command line to hide the dialog box that shows
up when you install
- specify a printer name on the command line. Ex: install -s "MyCompany PDF
Printer"
- You can also use the Install.ini file (available with version 2.10x of the Converters):
You can edit the file Install.ini and insert the correct “Printer nameâ€, “Licensed to:†and “Activation code:†information. When the user double-clicks on Install.exe, the values included in the Install.ini are used to enable and install the printer.
