Starting version 3.0 customers who purchase the Developer version of our products are provided with two options for technical support: Standard and Preferred Support.


Standard Support: it is free, it offers to customers:
-Free downloads of the same version
-Access to technical notes and FAQ's
-Automatic enrollment in User Forum

Preferred Support: it is a plan that customers purchase, it is valid for one year and renewable annually. It offers to customers the following:
-Free downloads of minor and major releases for one year
-Email and voice support (5 voice incidents per year)
-Automatic enrollment in User Forum
-Access to technical notes and FAQ's
