XP Tablet, not connecting via print driver

We are using the PDFConverter to act as a print driver within our desktop client application. We have a customer trying to print from a Tablet running XP Tablet. We are using 2.5.1 release. The application they are trying to print from is a Java browser based application. When they print to PDFConverter, IE crashes.

Any ideas?

Which version of Windows and IE you have are installed?
