PDF reader?

I'm looking for a product that can read a searchable pdf. What I want to do is read it into a string, search it and then save it as a text file. Can this do that?

Our PDF Creator is a pdf viewer and editor, it enables you to open a pdf file, search it, edit it and export it to RTF or plain text format.

The .Net version is a developers' version to be used in .Net applications.

The End User version has a user interface and can be used directly as a stand alone application.
