license expired error?

Post by Theta »

Our application (incoperating pdf converter developer) has been installed at about 50 sites. At one of our sites whenever they enter in a document into our document management to be converted they are getting the error:

'The ConfirmConversions method or property is not available because the license to use this application has expired.'

I guess i am a bit confused because if our licence has expired, wouldn't this error occur at all of our sites, not just one?

Version: 2.10e

thanks in advance

Hello,

The license of the PDF Converter does not expire. This message is most likely generated by another tool.

Also ConfirmConverversion is not a method or property of our PDF Converter.

I suspect that this error message would be generated by another tool you are using in your application or a tool that the customer has on his/her system and that interfers with printing.

Hope this helps.

Joan,

Thanks for the heads up, I'll have to check out the machine and see what else is running that may conflict with the PDF converter.
