Problems with a graphic in and encrypted pdf file

Hi,

I created a VB application that out of an RTF file creates a pdf file. Then I encrypt this pdf file using the encrypt method.

The pdf file contains a logo (picture). Before encypting the file the logo is displayed correctly but after calling the encrypt method, the logo losses a lot of resolution and colours.

Is there any parameter I need to use when calling the encrypt method to ensure the colour palette and resolution remains the same as the original file?.

Hello,

There is no parameters in the Ecrytion method related to the quality of images in the pdf file.

For similar issues please send your sample files to our Technical Support Department so we can check them more closely and see what is altering the file.
