Hello,
In order to debug this issue further, you will need to provide us with additional information?
1- Does this issue occur with all PDF documents or only specific ones?
2- Does this issue occur when printing to all printers?
3- Are you using the latest v5.0.1.9 version of cdintf.dll?
Thanks

Re: ConcatenateFiles creates corrupted text in PDF
Hello, Unfortunately it is difficult to answer this question. Based on your comments, you are saying that v4.5.2.1 was not able to concatenate a PDF document that version v4.5.2.9 was able to handle. This seems to indicate that there was an issue with that particular document in v4.5.2.1. However th...

Re: Printer spooler hangs on Terminal Server
Hello, This issue was resolved by updating the Amyuni PDF Converter to our current v5.0.1.9 version of the Amyuni product. If updating to v5.0.1.9 version is not possible, a possible solution to this issue is to: Right click on the Amyuni PDF Converter and select Printer Properties? In the Advanced ...

Re: ConcatenateFiles creates corrupted text in PDF
Hello Stewart, Based on your comments, it appears that you are using the ActiveX interface of the Amyuni PDF Converter. v4.5.1.0, v4.5.2.1 and v4.5.3.9 use the same CLSID and since you can only have on one CLSID registered for a particular version, I suggest that you look at the GetVersionInformatio...

Re: PDF Converter 2.51 on Win2012R2
Hello Danny,
I am assuming that your 2008R2 terminal servers are 64bit?
Unfortunately version v2.50e-3 was not shipped with 64bit printer drivers because that time they didn’t exist.
As mentioned above, we suggest upgrading to our current version of the Amyuni PDF Converter.
Thanks

Hello, The "layer folders" you are referring is created by design and cannot be removed. This folder is created to group the layers of the initial PDF document and also created to avoid the situation where the new PDF document will contain a layer name of an existing layer. Hope this makes...

Hello,
I am assuming that “MyPDF” is a PDF Creator object. If that is the case then you also need to call the SetLicenseKey() on this object.
Example:
MyPDF.SetLicenseKey("My Company Lic Name", key);
Thanks

However, the PDF Converter exposes API calls that the developer can use to resolve this situation. The Lock\Unlock functions can be used in multi-threading situations to avoid conflic...
