Well I found the answer.

For anyone else who has used older reports, there is an environment setting in the report that only in VFP9 sends it to the windows system default printer even if the printer does not exist. All other versions of VFP will use the printer that you selected.

I have a developer version of Amyuni PDF Document Converter with applications written in VFP 5-8. I am looking to upgrade to VFP 9 and found the applications no longer print to PDF.
