Failed to Open Document
PDFCreator 3.0
When using the Windows© Explorer to open a document from the context menu, it returned “Failed to open Documentâ€; however if we open the document from the Creator it open fine.
Any suggestions?

Icons are locked on 3.0!!!
After installing new version 3.0 of PDFCreator; now certain icons are locked. :( I can open and old document, but I can't create a new one since the icon for new documents is locked; I neither can't use annotation and rest of icons to the right of this one.
