Thanks, but I have tried that and it still will not install until we uninstall the other version of the converter. Is there any way to get more detailed information about what file the installer thinks it's missing? The log file generated by install.exe isn't very detailed. Anything else you can sug...

By the way, this only seems to happen when there's another version of the PDF converter already installed on the user's system. Amyuni PDF Converter 2.06b seems to be the version we're having issues with.

Yes, it's being installed using "install.exe" from our product CD. All the files are there:

acfpdf.dll
acfpdf.drv
acfpdf.txt
acfpdfu.dll
acfpdfui.dll
cdintf.dll

Do you see any files that I'm missing?

We install the PDF converter version 2.10h with our product. We just shipped and have received a couple of calls where the converter will not install. The log file is below.
