Thanks for the follow up.

I now know that this is not an AMYUNI error. When this error appeared I got the support staff to check the task manager to see if Install.exe was running which is wasn't.

Operating system is Windows XP Professional.

I am told it is when I am installing the printer (install.exe with command line switches) however I cannot be certain as it hasn't happened to me.

Have you never come across this before?

I'm calling the encrypt method which should disable content copying but i'm still able to copy text from the generated PDF document.

oPDF.Encrypt("TEST", "", (-64 + 4))

Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

What is the best way to print a HTML document using the PDF Converter without any dialogs. I am trying to use the Web Browser control but it doesn't seem to work at runtime. Any help will be most appreciated.

I am loading the TIFF image into a MS Word document and sending it to the printer from MS Word.
