Re: Printer Not Activated

Go the answer from support. In the registry, HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG -> Software -> "your printer driver name", right click on the entry and select Permissions..., make sure that the Users group has the Allow check box check for Full Control. Done, works like a champ.

Printer Not Activated

I am installing the PDFConverter on a Windows 8.1 machine. I am using PDFConverter 5.0.3. Everything works fine as long as I run my application "as Administrator", if I do not, I get "Printer not activated". Is this how it should be working? Am I missing something.

I did not use EventHandler but reading the help it says "The class must implement the events interface for the particular COM object being passed in the first parameter". I would be interested to know how you get this resolved.

Good Luck

CDIntf EnablePre event

How do you recommend I create the CDIntf object and capture the EnablePre event in Foxpro. I have subclassed the CDIntf object and I create a form on the fly and add the object to the form, Call the DriverInit of the CDIntf object and call CaptureEvents. PUBLIC loAmyuniPDFForm as Form loAmyuniPDFFor...

FileNameOptions Call Not Working

I am using VFP5.0 with version 1.57 of PDF-Converter (Developer Edition) using the fll interface. When I make a call to FileNameOptions(hPDFPrinter,0) with 0 as the second parameter there is no error until I try to print to the printer. Using 0 as the second parameter should cause the user to be pro...
