When trying to convert a Word document with field codes in the footer of "Page [PAGE] of [NUMPAGES]", the PDF results in "Page 1 of 1", "Page 2 of 2", ..., "Page n of n". Is there something I can do to get the correct page numbering, or actually the correct va...
