Hi there, I've tried your sample application from your installation: pdfcreator.net\Sample\bin\Debug\PDFCreatorApp.exe with a PDF document found at: http://www.w3.org/TR/2003/REC-SVG11-20030114. Bookmark and Thumbnail controls
Is there a way to turn on the bookmark and thumbnail controls that are present in the ActiveX version of PDF Creator (without using the ActiveX version of PDF Creator)?
