Figured it out. CDOSYS has a "MimeFormatted" property, which I was setting to FALSE. It needs to be set to TRUE for gmail to process it properly as an attachment.

Has anyone experienced problems with PDFs created with the Amyuni PDF driver v2.5.1 that are attached to emails sent to a gmail.com address?
