Wouldn't one expect to find that increasing the resolution of the PDF would increase its size? I generated one report at 75dpi and another at 1200dpi and the latter is actually smaller. The report does have an image.
What could I be doing wrong?

I don't seem to be able to get hyperlinks to work. Others here have said that it works so I must be doing something wrong. Text missing from PDF
When my application prints to any printer, the text is fine. But when it prints to the virtual PDF printer then some lines of text are missing. The space for the missing text is there - the text is just not visible. The whole report is in one font and, again, it prints fine to any other printer. So ...
