Amyuni Technologies

I am doing a research whether it is possible to extract text from a scanned document and plug-in the scanned text to a VFP form. The project I am working on is scanning a medical paper claim and converting it electronically. Is there any Amyuni product I can use for this project. Thanks for your help.
