is it possible to create a pdf from a postscript file (generated by a postscript printer) using pdf converter?

Hi, we got a problem with a customer. We have a custom installation that install amyuni printer with ZPdfPrinter name (we're using 4.1.0 version) launching install.exe with licence parameters. Setup end without problems but our application using ZpdfPrinter don't start (i have to manage exception......
