Was a solution to this issue ever discovered? I too am having the same issue, where my application cannot find the the acPDFCreatorLib.Net.dll. It is version 4.0.0.8 (Created with Version 2.0 of the .NET Framework). This application is written in C#, and is running as a service. The strange thing is...
