This issue was never resolved. After hours and hours of attempting to install this printer we just gave up.

No Amyuni response since Friday 10/21. Have you folks given up on this problem?

Any known conflicts with Castelle FaxPress, Quadrant Fast Fax, Trend Micro, Pro E?

As mentioned earlier, the user is able to install other printers so I'm not sure we are chasing a rights issue.

As a follow up, I have been able to delete all the Amyuni files in the c:\winnt\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86 directory.

Attempted to install using the INF file and still receive the error that access in denied. I failed to mention earlier that the user is able to install a new HP printer without any errors so I do not think it is a permissions issue.
