Re: Wrong Pdf Data Output
Hello,
If you are receiving two sequential pdfs that are the same, then I would suggest that you look at your application. The Amyuni PDF Converter does not have the ability to reprint or store a print job in order to regenerate the document.
Hope this helps?
Thanks

Re: BatchConvert go to find file at Cloud
Hello,
The BatchConvert() function basically mimics the Window's API ShellExecute() function. Based on the file extension of the document you are trying to print; the function opens the associated application and prints to the default printer.
No, the function cannot print a URL location.
Thanks

Re: Windows 10 - text as vector
Hello,
If the printing application sends the Amyuni PDF Converter text, the text in the resulting PDF document will be searchable text.
I suggest that you look at the fonts used in your application and if these fonts are present on the windows 10 PC.
Thanks

Re: Printer Driver is creating only PDF instead of PDFA
Hi, In order to troubleshoot this issue further, I suggest that we take your application out of the equation. The VBS code snippet below uses the BatchConvert() to print a txt file with the PDF Converter and set the PDF/A option. Can you try running the VBS script on your end and verify if you are a...

Re: -30 after Windows updates
Hi Barry,
The other option available is try our Per_User licensing keys. However, this option will require that you upgrade to our current v6 version of the PDF Converter.
thanks

Re: -30 after Windows updates
Hi,
Is it possible that the ISAPI DLL is running under a user account with limited access to system registry? One good test (obviously not in a production environment) is to run under an administrator account and see if the “printer not activated error -30” still gets generated.
Thanks

Re: -30 after Windows updates
Hello, The default licensing information used by the Amyuni PDF Converter will write all of the printer information\settings to the (HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG) the registry key and this key is read and written to each time the PDF Converter is accessed. These keys are also common for all users and all use...

Re: 5.0.1.9 Prompt for filename
Hi,
The “Per User Activation Code” causes the PDF Converter to write printer settings to the HKEY_CURRENT_USER. Since HKEY_CURRENT_USER registry is different for every user, this is essentially the same functionally as the Lock\UnLock functions.
Thanks

Re: 5.0.1.9 Prompt for filename
Hello, I suspect that the 'Output File Name' dialog is displayed because the document title you are passing to the Lock() \ SetDocFileProps() may not be correct. The Lock() function requires the developer to pass the function the document title that is going to be printed. This is same document titl...

Re: Large Documents ( over 10 meter )
Hello,
I would also like to point out that our PDF Converter does not have a limitation on the length of the PDF file it creates but Adobe Reader cannot open a PDF file that is longer that 120 inches.
I such you try printing your large PDF documents through our Amyuni PDF Creator product
Thanks
