Unfortunately, I decided not to renew the update/upgrade agreement. I experienced numerous issues that instance after instance, like this one, were resolved in an earlier version just to find out that they were not. What can i do to get this upgrade? I have been trying unsuccesfully to resolve or find a (1) reason for this error and (2) resolve it. While there have been 5 or 6 postings in the issue, the only suggestion is to upgrade to the latest version of the converter. I am in version 3.0 thus no higher version exist to upgrade two.
