cdintf.dll Locked

I posted this same question in the PowerBuilder forum but got no replies. Our server application sometimes cannot access the PDF Creator DLL (cdintf.dll) so a PDF cannot be created. This occurs usually on the DriverInit function. There is not a large volume and multiple users are not creating PDFs at the same time. Any thoughts or where to start looking?

We suggest that you run the Process Monitor which is available by Microsoft:

This tool might provide a hint on why the DLL is failing to load.
