When printing to the PDF Printer ...

I get the following message:
“ Unable to load helper dll.[-2]”.

This occurs when the PDF printer cannot locate the file CDINTF210.DLL in the system or system32 directory.
Please make sure you have followed the developer installation instructions found on page 5 of "Common Driver Interface 210.pdf".
